You may need to set. Check media loading and ensure the guides are keeping the media aligned. If one label feeds each time pressed then the printer is properly calibrated.

The ribbon light is on; If you set the printer into the direct thermal mode, removed the ribbon, and still face the ribbon out error, the printer driver is probably still in thermal transfer mode, where the ribbon is required. I recently bought a zt230 printer.
